I have always been an active and healthy individual. I have been living with HIV for about 3 years now and opted a year ago to start med's to get my viral load to an undetectable status. I work out 5 days a week and work hard at looking the way that I do. I take pride in having an appearance I can be proud of and health & fitness is more than a hobby to me. It's a lifestyle.



I have had quite a life and it definitely hasn't been an easy one! They say that one learns from their mistakes and I would be inclined to agree.
