I was born in a small town in Arkansas (yeah, I'm a country boy). I'm the oldest of ten and the son of a preacher man. So that alone should tell you alot about who I am and how I was brought up. I was in the Nat'l Guard and Navy & hated it. Got out early and eventually moved to Florida for college where I spent the majority of my life until recently when I relocated to San Diego. I had an interesting childhood I guess you could say, which left me very nieve & vulnerable early on as an adult. Luckly I'm not the same person I once were. I have alot of experiences I would not like to repeat, and made alot of bad choices that I may never be able to recover from but I have no regrets. They are a part of me or my past now and it took all of that to become the person I am today. I've broken hearts and had mine broken a many times. I experimented and partied alot early on and went through many stages trying to figure out who I was and where I belonged, because for so long I did only what was expected of me and that made me a very unhappy person, but I hid it well under a smile that even fooled me sometimes. Things are different now. I come to realize life is to short and a journey full of wonders beyond our wildest dream and I for one have a big imagination and plan to welcome and embrace everything life throws my way .... I love life! We only have one!
Friendship has always been very important to me. Even more so than a lover.I just came out of a four year relationship 2yrs ago. The only one that I ever gave myself up completely for,but wasn't given back the same thing in return. We were'nt friends just lovers and I tried to become something he wanted me to be and I lost myself in the process and will never do that again! Friendship is the key! You can never be lovers if you can't be friends. I also don't believe in labels because I sometimes still like some girls but don't consider myself to be bi, just very openminded and free spririted. To me you don't need alot of money to have a good life or a good time. Sometimes all you have to do is stop and smell the roses, dance to beat of your own drum; always realizing that life is what you make it and I personally like to get a little crazy. I hope you do too!
